1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Al-Siraj platform (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. License and access
Al-Siraj grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for the duration and scope of the purchased license. Licenses are issued per organization and may include limits on instances, users, or features.

- Branding and white-label customization are permitted only as configured.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your accounts. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you upload, including course materials, student data, and communications.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
5. Fees and payment
License fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are set out in your order or subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Al-Siraj and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data export and retention are handled as described in your agreement and the Privacy Policy.
